Bush Waterlogged

All the topics that's fit to stink. My heart (small as it may be) is with everyone whose lives have been ruined by hurricane Katrina. My clenched fist, however is up in the air due to the complete mishandling of this crisis by Bush and company.
Somehow I'm not at all suprised that this deplorable administration is bungling one of the worst humanitarian crises of our time. While the death toll mounts in Louisiana, Alfred E. Neuman (with apologies to MAD) sits and ponders how much oil he can squeeze out of Iraq. If anything good comes out of this horrible situation, perhaps it'll be that Americans begin to wake up to the fact the criminals running this country don't give a damn about anything but global domintation and wealth. It's almost funny how fast we can invade a nation that we just don't like, but horrifying how slowly we react to our own citizens' rotting corpses in the streets of one of our oldest and most beautiful cities. Although I'm not a big fan of Michael Moore, this situation is comparable to his chastising of Bush for sitting in that classroom as Septermber 11th unfolded; with a dumb look on his kisser. This man and his administration are careless, reckless, and irresponsible. I'm utterly disgusted and ashamed to be an American today. I almost wish Katrina hit D.C.
