The anti-war movement is finally gaining steam, thanks to Cindy Sheehan. Although I often find myself mocking today's protestors (ok, you're right... I just mock everyone). I find myself very pleased by the situation in Crawford.
This very credible anit-war movement is growing and has a very large spotlight on them. The CONSERVATIVE(yeah, I said it) media is going to have a very difficult time discrediting Cindy Sheehan, as she's a very straight mother with about the most legitimate gripe against this invasion there is: a dead son. This is not a group of pot-smoking white kids with smelly armpits and dreadlocks, these are serious people. And I hear now that they're going to follow 'ol dumbass Dubbya wherever he goes. Let's hope that red neck of his starts to sweat more than usual under that tight collar due to this. In my mind, I envision thousands marching on Washington, burning this phony, lying, piece of shit president in effigy. The opinion polls are slipping for W, and his more-frequent-than-ever pro-Iraq sales pitches are revealing that this administration is growing nervous. Let's just hope the men behind the curtains aren't cooking-up something underhanded like a phony terror alert to try and drum up public support for this invasion again. Keep your fingers crossed. And speaking of men behind the curtains.. what ever happened to crooked Rove ??
